All you need to know about your reservation

  • Cancellations 
    • You will be charged 30% 20% of the total price if you cancel after reservation
    • and the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
  • Pre-payment
    • 30% 20% of the total price will be charged to secure your booking.
    • The remaining amount should be paid 30 days before arrival.
    • A rental contract will be sent after the pre-payment has been received
  • Arrival – Departure
    • Check-in: 3pm-8pm
    • Check-out: before 10am
    • If you need to come after the check-in hours, contact-us before making a reservation.
    • You should contact us before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. We can then meet you when you arrive and give you the keys of the apartment.
  • Fees to be added in apartment price (included in the final price)
    • 65€ Cleaning fee per stay
    • City taxes per person/per day
  • Conditions 
    • Children cannot be accommodated at the apartments.
    • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
    • Pets are not allowed.
    • Non-smoking rooms.
  • Access
    • Access to the naturist village is regulated
    • On arrival, go to the Welcome office (bureau d’accueil du service des entrées) to fill out the access forms. You will receive a card for the length of your stay, enabling access to the naturist village
    • 18€/week, 15€ up to 3 days
